Costanza-Robinson Group

Research Interests:

Dr. Molly Costanza-Robinson currently has multiple projects in her lab, all related to understanding and/or reducing the impact of environmental contamination on human and environmental health. In the Organoclay Water Remediation Project, she is studying how the chemistry of modified clay minerals governs sorption of organic contaminants to the clay, with the goal of optimizing removal of harmful compounds from wastewaterIn the Endocrine Disruption project, she is using a mouse model to understand relationships between prenatal exposure to environmental estrogens and disrupted bone development.
